The registration N12XX currently shows as in question at the Federal Aviation Registry web site. Apparently the black ink signatures on the original forms submitted were unacceptable to the FAA so we prepared duplicate forms signed in blue ink. They should be processed within the next two weeks.
The ownership is uncontested there are no liens and the principal is available to sign the transfer to the new owner.
This Yak is currently operating in the Experimental Exhibition Category, Group D it has a current condition inspection and FAA issued program letter. Here is a copy.
